Chris Green Media, working with creative partners Classic Lines Design, have created a cheery new website celebrating one of Britain’s best loved comedians.
The Eric Morecambe Statue website promotes a exciting initiative in Eric’s home town of Morecambe. The Sunshine Garden of Fame will symbolically reunite Eric and his partner in mirth Ernie Wise.
A larger than life sized bronze wall art of Morecambe and Wise will be designed by renowned artist and sculptor Graham Ibbeson, who also created the world famous statue of Eric on the sea front.
Sunshine plaques will be incorporated into the walkway dedicated to a celebrity friend, admirers of Morecambe and Wise and patrons of the Sunshine Garden of Fame.
All of the fund-raising events and purchases made on the website will contribute towards the construction costs of the garden.
The project is being managed by businessman Jim Cadman, who has a track record of delivering publicly-funded statues of notable people in communities across Britain.
