A highly experienced and skilled press, PR and commercial photographer, Jonathan lets his camera do the talking.

As CGM’s main photography partner Jonathan runs his own agency, Jahphotos and – aside from commercial assignments – works for many major West Midlands newspapers and photo agencies.

Photography is in the Hipkiss blood as Jonathan’s dad is also a respected regional press photographer – indeed Jonathan’s first published and credited work was as a schoolboy when he took photos at a Premier League football match.

Jonathan’s knowledge of what picture editors are looking for is invaluable. He will often arrange a photoshoot with a specific image in mind which he knows will make the front page.

Turnaround time is also vital and he supplies images swiftly so they can be used immediately.

Major projects that Jonathan has worked on with CGM include the Celebration Statue, the launch of The Black Football Heritage Book, Duncan Edwards Tribute events, the Thomas Lister website and the Business Media Club.

CGM is currently working closely with Jonathan on the AV40 Tribute book and series of events to mark the 40th anniversary of Aston Villa winning the Division One Championship title in 1980-81.

Jonathan has also supported CGM in delivering media training and camerawork courses for marketers.
