The CGM Business Media Club has celebrated its second anniversary.
Launched in autumn 2013, the club meets on the last Friday of every month at Wild Wood Rooms and offers a blend of media training, personal development and networking for company owners, managers and marketing staff.
At the anniversary meeting, CGM managing partner Chris Green unveiled the club’s revised structure covering ten major media topics each year split into three main themes: communications, PR and marketing and image and reputation. Specific strategies and skills meeting themes in each category are chosen by club members.
“We were thrilled to see so many members and visitors from the Worcestershire business community supporting us,” said Mr Green.
“Since our first anniversary, we’ve launched a second club at Longbridge in Birmingham and are also planning to set up a club based in Worcester city centre.”
The next meeting of the Business Media Club is on Friday, October 30 between 9.30am and 12.30pm when the subject will be creating a news centre to promote your business online.
